Vincent Michael Leonardo | Founder & Principal Inventor

FI Systems is led by founder and principal inventor Vincent Michael Leonardo, the sole inventor of the company's core IP. His foundational expertise is built on a rare combination of enterprise IT at AstraZeneca, Azure and Narrow AI at Microsoft, and his service in the USMC.

This deep technical background is complemented by a proven track record of developing strategically significant technology from the ground up, including a prior hardware system that was accepted for formal evaluation by the German Ministry of Defence (BMVg). This unique blend of corporate, military, and inventive experience provides the crucial expertise to navigate both the technical and business challenges of bringing disruptive defense technology to market.

03. Risk Mitigation & Due Diligence

Investor Protection: Invention Secrecy

We acknowledge the high strategic value of this technology and the probability that the USPTO, in coordination with the DoD, may issue a Secrecy Order (35 U.S.C. ยง 181) on these filings. A Secrecy Order freezes commercialization but entitles the patent holder to "Just Compensation" from the U.S. Government.

Our Strategy: We have structured our investment agreements to turn a Secrecy Order into a planned liquidity event for our partners. Upon issuance of such an order, investor equity automatically converts to a senior secured promissory note, guaranteeing priority repayment. 100% of initial government compensation payments are pledged directly to our partners until a significant Return on Capital (ROC) is achieved.
